Brush Factory Lofts Logo and Website Design

A South Philly gem—this industrial loft once use to be a brush factory. My team and I created the identity which included naming and logo design. Then we strategized how to market the condos to potential tenants. The first tactic was a landing page that I designed which I then helped turn into a full blown website with virtual tours.
